Samsung releases Galaxy Xcover Pro with a removal-battery for $499


Samsung partnered up with Microsoft and Verizon to bring the Galaxy XCover Pro to the United States. It is a rugged smartphone aimed at workers in different industries who need a rugged smartphone with a swappable battery.  For $499, you get not only a removal battery of 4,050mAh but also 15W fast charging. It also has two programmable buttons that can be used for functions such as Microsoft Team’s Walkie Talkie feature. Besides all these, it is EMV Level 1 certified and also has pogo pins to support special docks.
