Google Stadia lands in Play Store, do not expect any games yet.

Finally signs of Google Stadia showing up. Just today, Google released its Stadia app in the Play Store. However, do not expect any playable games right now, since the service isn’t up yet.

The app weighs around 129MB in download and is only compatible with Android 10 based Pixel hardware, and no other OEMs are supported as of now.

In the beginning, you will have a special promo of Destiny 2 greeting you. Then you get the option to select your Stadia account, which at the moment, seems to be a permanent selection.

Beyond that, you need an Invite code or have a pre-obtained Stadia code with you. But the app preview shows us what actually the app is going to have.

There is also a dark theme, which I guess is dependent on system-wide dark mode.
