Pixel 4 XL Unboxing.

The smartphone comes packed in a white background, with P 4 written in multi colors on the box. We don’t know if the box is going to be the official retail box as of now.

Inside the box, you will find, the smartphone, Pixel 4 XL first, obviously, and then the accessories. And as the rumors said, there are not many of the accessories available in the box. We received the Clearly White variant.

You will get a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable, which is meant for the charging and data transfer. Then, there is the USB Type-C to USB Type-A OTG, which will let you plug your USB Flash Drives to the smartphone to transfer data.

Other than that, you get an 18W fast charging inside the box. And, this time, no USB Type-C headphones or a dongle. And there is a surprise in our package. Google included a White-Orange fabric case inside the box.

That is with the unboxing. You will get the unboxing video on the smartphone at the end of the post.

First Look.

The Back Side – Camera

Pixel 4 XL

The smartphone looks amazing in hand. The premium glossy glass back looks more stylish than the last year’s Pixel 3/XL.

The glossy back, with the black side border and camera module, looks stunningly in place. The Cameras inside the camera module is flushed into the darkness and doesn’t look out of proportion. You can see a dual-camera setup, with an LED flash here. The camera module, however, protrudes a bit from the back. There is a Google logo in grey at the bottom section.

The camera here features dual-lens setup, the one has the 12.2MP sensor which has OIS. The second one features a 16MP camera is a telephoto lens, which also has the OIS.

The Right Side

The right side of the smartphone features an orange-colored power key, with volume rockers below it. The orange color does look good with the back background here.

The Left, Top, and Bottom Side

Pixel 4 XL

The left side of the smartphone doesn’t carry much of the things, just a single SIM slot. Other than that, there is nothing much interesting on that side.

The bottom section of the smartphone features dual speaker vents, with a USB Type-C port.

The top section holds a noise-canceling microphone only.

The Frontside – the display

And here comes the interesting part of the Pixel 4 XL. This is for the first time, Google has included the 90Hz display, which also has HDR support. The panel used here is the P-OLED panel, with a size of 6.3-inch and having a resolution of 1440×3040, with 537 PPI density. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
