After an array of leaks followed by the initial launch of the Nokia 9, it is finally going to arrive into the Indian markets. Since day one of the rumors and leaks the device has been astonishing everyone in the tech community. The trend started with just two cameras sitting behind of your device which was then followed by triple cameras and now its five cameras forming a circle around on the rear of your device. The tech community is a gift that just keeps on giving.

Nokia on its official handle on Facebook teased a video regarding the launch of the device in India in the coming weeks. The video shows different angles of the device and it also says the fans to “Stay Tuned”. The post reads, “Get Ready to capture the most breathtaking pictures with the all-new Nokia 9.

The Nokia 9 PureView was launched globally last month with a price tag of $699. To recall, the device was first unveiled in Barcelona in February at the Mobile World Congress Event (MWC). The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie and sports a 5.99inch Quad HD+ POLED display with an 18:5:9 aspect ratio.

The main highlight of the device is the Penta-lens camera it houses behind. The camera setup is made in collaboration with Light and the company has also worked closely with Qualcomm as well as Google in order to give the best camera experience to the users. Under the hood, the Nokia 9 PureView is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Also, the device does follow the latest trend by housing the infamous in-display fingerprint sensor. As for the camera specifications, the five camera sensors are separated by three 12-megapixel monochrome sensors and two 12-megapixel RGB sensors. And we almost forgot to address the front camera which is a whopping 20-megapixel sensor. This seems like the device is on a camera and not vice-versa. The optics mentioned are all powered by Zeiss.

As of now, we do not have any official announcement from the company regarding the actual launch date and they have not mentioned the pricing as well. Looking a the global pricing, the device might be coming to India with a price tag of Rs. 45,000. Although it is very hard to say. The Nokia 9 PureView will be available in Midnight Blue Colour.
