Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel Watch Expected to Launch Later This Year

Google is planning to launch a budget Pixel 3 and a smartwatch, later this year, suggest a report from  Nikkei Asian Review.  It claims that Google is planning an “aggressive push into hardware” in 2019.

However, this isn’t something completely new. We’ve seen quite a few photos and video leaks of the Pixel 3 Lite. Rumors suggest that the phone will sport a 5.6-inch IPS display, 4GB of RAM, 32GB storage, plastic case, and midrange Snapdragon 670 processor.

Google will also release a new version of the Google Home smart speaker this year, along with a new security camera and a “smartwatch to compete with the Apple Watch.” A smartwatch from Google would be interesting to see as Android doesn’t have enough worthy competitors to the Apple Watch.
