Moto G7 Play With Notch and Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC Spotted on FCC Listing

Motorola is well known for its budget-oriented devices all over the world. Recently, they launched the Moto G6 Plus and Play which was somewhat popular in the Asian markets. Now, Moto G7 Play rumors have started pouring out. The Moto G7 Play was spotted on the FCC certification website.

The Moto G7 Play can be seen in all its glory on the website of FCC. As per the listing, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 632 SoC and a Notch!.

Folks at Droid Life had the chance of getting the images before everything disappeared in thin air. It’s the first time that Motorola will be featuring the notch on mid-range devices.

The Moto G7 series launch is imminent and as per sources, the G7 Play is the most affordable of the lot. The G7 Play according to the listing will be powered by the Snapdragon 632 SoC which is an upgrade from last year’s Snapdragon 400 SoC. The processor will be coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and according to some sources, it’ll feature 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Although, this news has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

Live images of the G7 Play was seen on the website with just one camera at the back and a fingerprint sensor which is embedded into the traditional Motorola branding. The device will come in two color variants, black, and silver.

According to the listing, the G7 Play will have a USB Type-C port with just 2,820mAh battery. Also, the 3.5mm headphone jack makes a return.

Lenovo is reportedly preparing for a major launch of four devices in the Moto G7 series later this year. Q1 2019 for Motorola looks promising.
