Samsung plans to expand repair centers for their devices across the US
Samsung has a good presence in the United States. However, their service centers were never on par with Apple’s even though their devices go heads on. Now the company has mentioned in their recent press release that they have partnered up with uBreakiFix to provide 300 service centers across the United States. They will be providing same-day, in person authorized service to the owners of the following devices:
- Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus
- Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus
- Galaxy S7 and S7 edge
- Galaxy S6 and S6 Plus
- Galaxy Note 8
- Galaxy Note 5
Michael Lawder, Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America says –
At Samsung, our goal is to provide Samsung Galaxy owners with a customer first care experience that is as innovative as our products.
This announcement marks a fundamental shift in our care offerings to consumers and underscores our commitment to provide Samsung customers with support anywhere, anytime our customers need it
You can just visit uBreakiFix’s website and find the nearby repair center and give them the device and be done within 2 hours in most cases. They will be providing services like battery replacement, front, and back replacement, also the camera and ports repair. Samsung said that 200 of the proposed 300 authorized repair centers will be online by early 2019.
