Microsoft is getting serious with Android and iOS app ecosystem. Today they have ditched the preview tag from Microsoft Launcher. They basically improved and rebranded the Arrow Launcher to become more Microsoft centric. You can directly open photos and documents from your phone to your Windows 10 Fall Creators Update PC.
With Microsoft Launcher (formerly known as Arrow Launcher), you can personalize your Android device to match your style with wallpapers, theme colors, icon packs and more. With a Microsoft account or work/school account, you can access your calendar, documents, and recent activities in your personalized feed. You can even open photos, docs and webpages on your Windows PC* to be productive across all your devices.
Recently Microsoft released Edge browser for Android and iOS but in a closed beta. Now Microsoft has made Edge Browser, an open beta on Android, which means that anyone can install and use Microsoft’s first browser on another platform. It has most of the features from the desktop counterpart. It will also sync favorites and reading list. However, password and history sync does not work for the moment.
