The Lenovo acquired Motorola Moto X4 will be featuring dual camera, IP68 certification and even an aluminium body. The Moto X4 will make its debut in Q4 2017 in time for the holiday shopping season.
According to sources, the Moto X4 will be a 5.2 inch smart phone running Android 7.1 under the hood, with Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chip (eight cores all running at 2.2GHz) to its full-HD resolution screen to its maxed-out memory configuration of 4GB RAM / 64GB internal storage (supplemented by a microSD slot). The battery is said to pack a 3,000mAh capacity.
Protected from water and dust ingress at the IP68 level of certification, Moto X4 will be an impressive shooter with 8-megapixel and 12-megapixel rear cameras, along with a 16-megapixel selfie cam up front.
Just like the recent Moto Phones, the Moto X4 will also recognizes simple gestures for duplicating the functionality of the on-screen navigation buttons.
Moto X4 is scheduled to be the first non-Google-branded handset capable of operating on the search giant’s Fi MVNO — meaning that it can hop nearly seamlessly between Sprint, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular wide area networks, as well as Wi-Fi hotspots.
