Messenger beta gets updated with new features


Messenger beta app for Windows 10 devices is getting updated. A new update is now rolling out to the beta version of the Facebook Messenger app for the Windows 10 PCs. You can now download the update from the store.

The update brings the latest version 117.928.6433.0 and it brings many other new features. It includes support for some of the media file formats and multimedia content. The updates adds support for the following types:

  • The images, gif and videos displayed in full screen (and at full resolution)
  • Improvements have been made for the Emoji’s sent and received
  • Renewal of the “expand” icon to chat.
