The Photos App in Windows 10 Mobile is still an important thing which needs some fixes until Microsoft can finally release the operating system. Since the operating system itself since to be more and more finished now, the company can concentrate more on all the services which the OS has to offer. The Groove Music App has received a nice Update already on Windows 10 Mobile and now it seems that the Photos Apps time has come to get some fixes.

With the recently released Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 10536 there did already come a new version of this app which brought us a very helpful and nice looking folders view. Now with the latest update for the photos app this feature gets a bit extended since it is now also possible to create new folders directly inside the app. In earlier versions you had always open the File Explorer and then navigate to the photos folder in order to create a new folder but these times seem to be gone.

Microsoft did probably also include some bug fixes in the latest update for the photos app, however these are all the visible changes which have been made. If you head over to the App Store on your Windows 10 Mobile device you should be able to receive this uipdate, however you can also click on the App Logo below or download it by scanning the QR Code with your mobile Windows 10 device.
