So we all know the story about the market share which Windows Phones currently has and its problems coming along with it, the latest numbers can be seen here by the way. Some countries are growing, some are declining, however in Japan the market share of Windows Phone is really bad there it is currently at 0.1%. The more interesting is the fact that a Japanese company has released a new Windows Phone device a couple of weeks ago which is now on sale.

The device is meant to be a low end device, which is great in a ountry with almost now Windows Phone market share because people can try the OS with a cheap phone and move then on to better devices. The device can be pre ordered for 33,800 JPY which is worth about $271 in the United States. This price does include shipping and taxes already and the delivery is exoected to be on the 19th of June.

If you order one of these you will get a SIM Unlocked Windows Phone device with Windows Phone 8.1 and the ability to use 4G/LTE. It has a 5″ screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 so it is even a HD display. Furthermore it will have 1GB of RAM, assuring that you will not have any compatibility problems with apps, and 8GB of internal storage. The internal storage will be expandable with a Micro SD Card up to 128GB. To have enough power on this device you will also get a Snapdragon 410 processor and to last long enough a 2300 mAh battery. This device has been shown with Windows 10 Mobile already so the device is expected to get the Update just on time like every other Windows Phone.
