HTC One (M8) for Windows vs. Nokia Lumia 930

The Nokia Lumia 930 is currently the latest Windows Phone from Nokia and it is indeed a pretty good device but there are some features which some users are missing like for example the ‘Glance Screen’ Feature. The HTC One by the way has also got the ‘Double Tap’ to awake feature, like the Lumia 930, which is called ‘Motion Launch’ there. Below you can see a picture of it.

Both devices feature a gorgeous design according to my opinion I like both, the block design of the Nokia Lumia 930 on the one hand and the beautiful metal design on the other side. When it comes to features there isn’t a clear winner, I’ve listed here all important specs of the two devices for you so that you can compare it for yourself.

So what do you think who is winning the feature competition, at least according to a benchmark test it is the HTC One (M8) for Windows. WPCentral has made such a test with the Basemark OS II App which is available for all major Smartphone OS’s. In this test the new HTC Windows Phone made the second place as the world fastest smartphone right behind the Sony Xperia Z2, the Nokia Lumia 1520 is on 4th place.

One interesting sidefact at the end, the HTC One (M8) has the same battery like the HTC One (M8) for Android, tough the Windows Phone version has a usage time of 21 hours and the Android version makes only 12 hours.

So let me know your opinion about the HTC One (M8) for Windows and the Nokia Lumia 930, what would be your next Windows hone?
