Nokia Lumia 1520 32gb Coming In January?

According to a report from WP Central AT&T will release a 32gb variant of the Nokia Lumia 1520 the 6″ phablet phone that Nokia introduced to us back in Oct. during Nokia World.

The new version is expected to be released Jan.10th only through online orders & will also feature the option to add another 64gb via micro sd,  that’s a total of 96gb in your Lumia 1520.

It is also worth mentioning that it will only be available through online orders, so don’t expect to go to a retail store to get one.

AT&T currently sells the Nokia Lumia in a 16gb variant with up to 64gb of additional expandable  memory via micro sd slot. The Nokia Lumia 1520 is a powerhouse device check the specs below.

  • Windows Phone 8 Update 3 + Lumia Black
  • 6″ 1080p ClearBlack ISP LCD display (368ppi)
  • 20MP PureView Camera, ZEISS optics, 6-lenses
  • 8.7mm thickness, weighing in at 206g
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (2.2 GHz Quad-Core)
  • 3400mAh non-removable battery (24h 4G talk time, 95h music playback time)
  • 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage expandable to 64GB
  • Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, 802.11ac support
  • Wireless charging (with supported cover)

I personally feel no device being released today should have no less than 32gb built in or if less an option for a micro sd card.

What are your thoughts on AT&T releasing a 32gb variant?
