Nokia Glam Me updated, new layout and fun features
I woke up today to a very welcome update to Nokia’s Glam Me lens app. Version number 188.8.131.52 comes with some very nice additions, such as the ability to take a self-portrait with the main camera as well as the front camera, higher photo resolutions with 1080P support, and a Smart Light function that automatically enhances the light quality of your picture when you’re using the front camera. After the photo is taken, you’ll notice a new sleeker layout with a number of improved adjustments that can be applied to further enhance your appearance. Among them is the ability to slim your face, eye brightness and contrast adjustments, and smile enhancement like teeth whitening and smile widening. There are also more high quality artistic effects to play with, and the app now supports 51 languages.
These new photo enhancing features are reminiscent of the Perfect365 app, that I find myself using every so often. With this update, I now have the convenience of using just one app for my selfies!
I’ve been called a camera-whore all my life, and I’m definitely not ashamed of it! I’ve been a freelance model for about a year now, so these days it literally pays for me to be a camera whore (who’s laughing now?). And having a dedicated “make me look pretty” app is definitely a must-have for me when I’m not at a shoot and wanting to take a selfie… Because I can never have too many of them, right?
You can download the update here at the Windows Phone store.
